Financial Administrative Assistant (± 28 hours)
What will you do?
Schaap Holland processes and sells potatoes, with our Financial Administration department taking care of payments, contracts and invoices. Within this small team, you will help process data and prepare results. Together we will ensure that the financial administration runs optimally.
Other duties include:
- Review and process automatically recorded and coded invoices;
- On instructions, make purchase invoices and settlements payable;
- Process delivery notes and prepare draft invoices;
- Process approved billing;
- Check suspense account payments;
- Process customer inquiries and forward to appropriate department for handling;
- Assist with administrative tasks when colleagues are absent.
What do we offer?
You will work in a small team with an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication. A position where you actively participate in setting up, but also improving and renewing our financial administration. And further:
- One-year contract with the intention to convert to permanent employment;
- 5 weeks of vacation leave per year and 8% vacation pay;
- Travel reimbursement from 10 km round trip commuting;

- Salary indication between € 2,600 - € 3,150 gross per month based on full-time and depending on knowledge and experience.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a completed Mbo education, preferably administrative or similar;
- Minimum 0-2 years work experience in a similar position;
- You are good with computers and administrative software;
- You work accurately, are good with numbers and can think critically and actively, you speak and write good Dutch;
- English language skills are a plus. Willingness to learn English is important.
