Head of Administration & Controller (40 hours)
What will you do?
As Head of Administration & Controller at Schaap Holland, you are responsible for a balanced flow of goods and money and a (virtually) error-free financial administration. You will manage a team of 5 colleagues and ensure that all financial processes run smoothly. Your duties are diverse and challenging, including:
- You will ensure timely and accurate processing of all general ledger entries and financial reports;
- You will prepare period, quarterly and annual figures and be the point of contact for accountant, tax authorities and other external parties;
- You monitor and analyze cost prices, prepare (multi-year) budgets, and advise management on financial adjustments;
- You will ensure proper payroll and cultivation records;
- You are a functional owner of our automation systems and actively think about improvements.

- A salary starting at €4,000 gross per month (based on a full-time contract, 40 hours and depending on knowledge and experience, among other things);

Who are we looking for?
- A completed college or university education, preferably Business Administration or SPD;
- At least 5 years of experience within a financial administration,
- Of which several years in a leadership role;
- Good knowledge of administrative and computerized systems;
- You possess competencies such as collaboration, quality awareness, proactivity and flexibility.
