Vacancy
International Account Manager (32-40 hours)
What will you do?
As an International Account Manager, you will be responsible for business-to-business sales of potatoes and potato products within Retail, Foodservice, and the Meal Industry. At Schaap Holland, you will not be a standard salesperson, but a fully-fledged commercial sparring partner. You will work in an international playing field with direct influence on the product range, product introductions, and market development, within a stable and entrepreneurial family business with short lines of communication. You will not be selling an anonymous bulk product, but potato products for which you know the entire chain – from cultivation to customer. You will work from our production location in Biddinghuizen and will also regularly visit customers in North-West Europe (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia). You will be given a great deal of autonomy and trust to really grow your market. You will also be involved in collecting and analyzing market and competitor information, translating this into commercial opportunities, and supporting the introduction and marketing of new potato products from both our own brands and private labels.
What do we offer?
- A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month (based on a full-time contract, 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;

- Good command of Dutch and English, possibly supplemented with French or German;
- Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week;
- Travel is part of this position, so flexibility and a valid B driver's license are essential.
