Quality Service Manager (40 hours)
What will you do?
As Quality Service Manager, you will have final responsibility for quality policy within our sorting and peeling activities. You will ensure that our potatoes and potato products meet the highest standards in terms of quality, food safety, and hygiene. You will also manage a team of 4–6 employees and act as an important sparring partner for the Management, Production, and Sales departments. You will have a broad and visible role within the organization.

We further offer:
- A salary starting at €3,500 gross per month (based on a full-time contract, 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;
- Pension accrual, Elective budget, Bicycle scheme, 8% vacation pay, 5 weeks of vacation leave per year (based on a full-time contract);
- Free potato products;
- One-year contract with the intention to convert to permanent employment.
Who are we looking for?
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Preferably a degree in Food Technology (HBO or MBO with experience);
- At least 5 years of work experience in a production environment within the food industry is an advantage;
- Knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and certifications;
- Leadership, decisiveness, and analytical skills.
