Production worker Peeling plant (38 hours)
What will you do?
As a Production Employee in the Schaap Holland peeling company, you are responsible for checking, packing and processing our potato products. You will sort potatoes for quality, transfer or pack them, and ensure that everything is clean, tidy and efficient. You will also help cook potatoes and manage kegs and packaging materials. You will work in a team of motivated colleagues within a 2-shift operation and will be in close contact with the Foreman, Machine Operators and other colleagues.

Base salary between €2,350 and €2,750 gross excluding (shift) allowances;

Pension accrual, Elective budget, Bicycle scheme, 8% vacation pay, 5 weeks vacation leave per year (based on full-time contract);

One-year contract with the intention to convert to permanent employment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a go-getter who likes physical work and likes to roll up his sleeves. You do not need specific training or work experience - motivation, commitment and reliability are most important to us. You work accurately, work well together and have an eye for quality and hygiene. You have no problem working in a cold and sometimes wet environment and are confident in a fast-paced production environment.

You have VMBO working and thinking level;

Willing to work 2-shifts;

You have sufficient command of the Dutch language, both oral and written. Minimum A1 level, preferably at least A2.
