Trademarketeer (24-32 hours)
What will you do?
This is a new position within our organization, in which you will have plenty of opportunity to shape the role yourself and actively contribute ideas about its further structure and development. As a Trademarketer at Schaap Holland, you are the link between data, market, and commerce. You collect, manage, and analyze market and commercial data and translate these insights into substantiated proposals that help our account managers to better advise customers and grow volume within Packaged, Retail, and Chilled. You work closely with Sales, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Production. You will support customer discussions with facts and insights, contribute ideas to account and annual plans, and actively contribute to optimizing the product range in the Benelux. In addition;
- Manage and structure your market and sales data and ensure reliable reports and dashboards;
- Organize your product testing and translate your market feedback into concrete improvement proposals;
- Support and lead your product launches, with an eye for what the market really wants;
- Share your knowledge internally through training courses and explanations, and connect your various departments with each other.

- Salary between €3,250 and €3,700 gross per month (based on a full-time contract, 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;
- Pension accrual, Elective budget, Bicycle scheme, 8% vacation pay, 5 weeks of vacation leave per year (based on a full-time contract);
- Free potato products;
- One-year contract with the intention to convert to permanent employment.
Who are we looking for?
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Relevant education (e.g., Business Economics, Marketing Intelligence, Business Administration, Data & Analytics);
- 2–5 years of experience in a data analytics or commercial support role;
- Experience with data management and data analysis (preferably Nielsen);
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
